Local Priorities Shoplifting Concern Update - Criminal Behaviour Order issued at Court

I wanted to provide you an update regarding Shoplifting, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

On 07/05/2025 William DALEY was issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for two Years (07/05/2027)

DALEY has the following conditions:

1) Must not enter any commercial retail premises to which you have been banned verbally
or in writing
2) Must not enter any CO OP within the boundaries of M25
3) Must not enter any M&S / BP within the boundaries of the M25
4) Not to be together in a public Place with the following person: Name with Joseph
CARRIGAN

This Criminal Behaviour Order was obtained by Bromley Neighbourhood Policing Team but affects all of the communities of London.

Shoplifting is a crime that can have a substantial negative impact on local businesses across London. If you notice anything suspicious or witness anyone shoplifting, please report it as soon as possible. These reports are invaluable in letting us build a picture of when and where shop lifters operate, meaning we can be in the right place at the right time to arrest those responsible.

For more guidance, see our page on how to spot a shoplifter.
